Shoeby opened a new store-concept in the hight street of Eindhoven. A place were you can shop online. You pay on the spot and it gets delivered to your home in 48 hours.
Does this kind of online shopping make sense? There's no extra benefit of doing it in a high street environment;  if a customer takes the time to go into the city center, they want to see, feel & try the products live and take them directly with them; instant gratification. The advantage of online shopping is that you can do it from home, in your own private environment.
